Three Years of BOS-UP: Milestones, Momentum, and a Genuine Thank You
BOS-UP just passed the three-year mark, and there are a handful of milestones that are worth acknowledging — not in a hype way, in a grounded, "this is working" way.
We've now got 125+ members benefiting from our BOS-UP Coaching Solution & Academy, along with 50+ certified BOS-UP coaches from North America, South America, and Europe. And we've invested significantly in our tools, resources, materials, and support. At the same time, we've got more to learn and a lot more to build. That part never changes.
The belief behind all of this
What has stayed consistent is the belief behind all of this: Good humans. Smart systems. Agentic AI.
When those three things come together in a strategic way, everything works better, together. Not theoretically — operationally. You see it in how companies run, how teams show up, and how the results compound.
Our customizable programs — BOS101, Starter, Builder, Scaler, and Leadership L&D — are the delivery mechanism. What matters more is that coaches and companies actually use it, adapt it, and apply it to what they're trying to accomplish. Whether that's operational excellence, growth, scaling, leadership development, succession, or preparing for an exit, the goal is the same: help good people build something that works great.
Looking ahead: 500 coaches by 2027
Looking ahead, the target is pretty straightforward: 500 BOS-UP certified coaches by the end of 2027. Not for the sake of a number, but because of what that represents in terms of reach, impact, and the ability to help more businesses operate at a higher level.
If you're a professional business coach or consultant, this is very much your lane. If you're building a startup, small, mid-sized, or even larger — you're supported through the coaches and the work happening here.
A genuine thank you
Most importantly, just a genuine thank you. To the coaches and consultants who've stepped in, invested, and believe in what we're building. To the companies doing the work every day. And to the partners who've been part of this from early on — especially Ninety, Indiana University Kelley School of Business, the Indiana Business Research Center, and a number of others who've leaned in and helped move BOS-UP forward.
None of this happens without people. And at the end of the day, that's still what this is all about: helping good people build, run, and scale prosperous companies.
